Position: Legal Secretary Status: Open
Entry level position available in our law firm, laid-back atmosphere,
woman owned, solo practitioner. Must be friendly and able to handle a
high volume of phone calls, and enjoy working with clients. A working
knowledge of MS Word, Wordperfect, and Outlook a must! Typing of 50
words per minute or better. Duties include answering all incoming
calls, filing, word processing, running errands, and maintaining our
calendar system. Legal experience is not necessary as we will train the
most qualified person. You must be a people person! This job can be
either full or part time (flexible hours). Salary range $8-$10 per hour,
based on experience.
