Position:  Legal/Personal Assistant       
Status: Open

Am currently looking to hire a legal/personal assistant.  My primary
practice is divorce/custody, so the employee must be a people person
and enjoy working with my clients.  Legal experience is not necessary,
as we will train the most qualified person.  
Job Specifications Include:
1) Telephone skills.  Must be a people person!
2) A working knowledge of MS Word and general computer skills.
3) Typing of 50 words per minute or better.
4) Must hold a valid Louisiana Driver's License.
5) Must be flexible with hours.  Our office is open from 9-5, Monday -
Thursday, and closed Friday.  Often need assistant on Fridays and on
weekends.
6) Be trustworthy, honest, dependable and be able to work as both a
legal assistant and personal assistant to Ms. McAllister.
