Attorney M. Samantha McAllister is a Louisiana licensed attorney
who primarily practices in the area of family law. Samantha
graduated from Bossier Parish Community College with Associate of
Arts degrees in History, Political Science, and Fine Arts in 1998. In
2000, she graduated magna cum laude from LSU-Shreveport with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in History minoring in French, and
subsequently received her Master's in History in 2002 from Louisiana
Tech University with a concentration in French Revolution and
Napoleonic Studies. Later, Samantha received her Juris Doctorate
and Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 2005 from LSU, Paul M. Hebert
School of Law. Samantha began her solo practice in 2006, and is
admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana, the U.S.
District Court, Western District, and the United States Fifth Circuit
Court of Appeals. Samantha is fluent in French and knowledgeable of
several foreign languages.
Samantha's office is located in Bossier City, her hometown, and is a
continuation of a tradition in her family of self-employed business
owners. Samantha has years of experience working with families and
young people, through her extensive volunteer work with abused
women and children. She looks forward to helping your family.
